| Friday 08 March | 2:00pm - 5:00 pm Training and mentoring in oral presentations, with a dozen of mentors from the Austin Community and from the University of Texas, at UT IC² Institute, 2815 San Gabriel St |
| Saturday 09 March and Sunday 10 March | Demo tables for a few hours a day at the EU@SXSW House, Palm Door, 508 E 6th St. |
| Saturday 09 March | 9:00 am - 12:00 pm Pitch training class at the EU@SXSW House - with Dave Mosby, EAEC trainer responsible for the US Capital Access program, plus special guests. |
| Saturday 09 March | 12:30 pm - 3:30 pm Pitch at the EU@SXSW House in front of Silicon Valley and Austin investors (business angels and institutional/corporate investors). |
| Sunday 10 March | Joint presentation / panel of ENRICH-UT at the EU@SXSW House - TBD |
| Sunday 10 March | 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm At Fogo de Chão (309 E 3rd St - restaurant roof across from the convention center) for the Entrepreneurs’ Lounge Meat Up networking event. |
| Monday 11 March | Demo Day at the SXSW Exhibit Hall for Startup Spotlight (in a 500 sq ft exhibit space). |
| Tuesday 12 March and Wednesday 13 March | Different tours of the local ecosystems eg. accelerators (eg. Capital Factory), universities (eg. UT), investors, corporates, unicorns, gov agencies, etc. - agenda TBC |
